Common roles at TCM

House Parents – Provide daily care and a stable, Christ-centered home environment for children on campus.

School Teachers & Substitute Teachers – Lead small classes in our on-site school, integrating academic excellence with Christian values.

Maintenance Team – Steward our campus facilities, ensuring safe, welcoming homes, classrooms, and common spaces.

Case Workers – Coordinate care plans, advocate for each child’s needs, and partner with staff, families & agencies.

Development Team – Build relationships with donors, churches, and partners. Plan campaigns and events that fuel the mission.

Administrative Office – Keep the ministry running with HR, finance, scheduling, communications and guest services support.
