TUPELO CHILDREN’S MANSION ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP TRANSITION

[TUPELO, MS, October, 09, 2023] – After nearly 23 years of dedicated service to Tupelo Children’s Mansion (TCM), Rev. Stephen Judd, the current President and CEO, is pleased to announce a strategic leadership transition aimed at ensuring the ongoing success and growth of TCM. This transition has been carefully planned in collaboration with the TCM Board of Directors over several years, and the initial phase is scheduled to commence at our annual Board of Directors meeting later this month.

We are excited to announce that Dr. Chad Parker, currently serving as Executive Vice President, will assume the role of President, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization. His demonstrated leadership, administrative acumen, and extensive experience in social work make him highly qualified to lead TCM into its next chapter.

Rev. Judd will continue to serve as CEO during a transitional period of two years, offering his wealth of experience and insights to facilitate a seamless transfer of responsibilities. He will serve as a Senior Advisor and Chief Development Officer, providing strategic guidance and overseeing development initiatives to propel Tupelo Children’s Mansion forward.

We feel profoundly blessed and are confident that God’s grace will continue to guide Tupelo Children’s Mansion through this exciting new phase, firmly believing that the future holds immense promise and potential for the Mansion.
