We offer a variety of services to meet the physiological, emotional, social, academic, and spiritual needs of every individual who comes to us. Explore the various programs we offer to help nurture children who have endured difficult circumstances and need a place to heal.
Campus Care
With round-the-clock care and comprehensive support, TCM offers a safe place for children to grow and thrive. Our campus is made up of a number of facilities, including residence halls, a Christian school, a gymnatorium, and so much more. Our family-oriented residence homes provide a nurturing environment where children live with loving, dedicated houseparents. Each home operates like a cohesive family unit, ensuring that children receive personalized care and attention, engage in daily routines, and participate in age-appropriate responsibilities. During the week, children attend TCMA, our on-campus Christian school, and have access to a number of extracurricular and outdoor activities that allow them to stay active while encouraging positive socialization and healthy relationships.
Adoption Crisis
AT TCM, we recognize how emotionally complex it can be for families and children when they face unexpected challenges with their adoption. No matter the cause of the disruption in an adoption, we are committed to providing a home for these children and compassionate, comprehensive support to families experiencing an adoption crisis. We strive to offer a supportive and nurturing environment where children and families can find solace, understanding, and guidance during a difficult time. Our hope is that we will enable families to heal and move forward, knowing that they are not alone in their journey.
Behavioral Support
At Tupelo Children’s Mansion, behavioral support is anchored in the latest trauma-informed best practices, ensuring a nurturing and healing environment tailored to the needs of each child. By integrating trauma-awareness into every facet of our care, TCM fosters a supportive and empowering atmosphere. This approach is built on the foundation of meaningful partnerships with children, families, caregivers, and professionals, prioritizing emotional and psychological well-being through mutual trust and respect. Efforts to bolster resilience and protective factors among the children and families we serve are central to our mission, addressing not only the children’s trauma and behaviors but also the effects of caregiver trauma on the family dynamic.

Our approach encourages cooperative efforts and nurtures resilience, empowering families to work through their challenges. Together, we pave the way for these families to rebuild stronger bonds, enhance their coping mechanisms, and look forward to a more positive, united future.
Placement Inquiry
TCM welcomes children of various ages, ethnicities, disabilities, and circumstances. We do not have a specific set of criteria for placing a child but determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis. We have a committee that reviews all applications and decides placement based on the children and families we can serve best.
